Tallow Products

We do our very best to use every part of the lamb - this includes the tallow. Tallow is the fat, or suet, of the animal that surrounds the kidneys. It has been used for thousands of years for many purposes. 

Tallow, like hides, is a byproduct of the meat industry. If not saved, it would just get thrown in to the land fill. Instead, we keep all fat, and render it down in to usable product!
