Lamb Liver

Lamb organ meats are rich in B-vitamins like B12 and folate as well as full of essential minerals like iron, magnesium, selenium, and zinc. They also contain necessary soluble vitamins A,D, E, & K. Not to mention they are packed full of protein as well. 

Add these to ground lamb and cook together, freeze in cubes, or dehydrate for a true superfood meal/supplement.
