Made from the hind legs - leg of lamb, sometimes called sirloin, is a delicious cut that is lean and packed with flavor.

These are without the shank bone, which is considered American style. We offer both bone in and deboned, cut and tied. The deboned could also be cut up in to delicious sirloin steaks!

Like any roast, the key is to cook it slowly then follow with a rest period of 15-20 minutes so that the juices will soak nicely into the meat. 

The deboned Leg weighs between 3-5 lbs and the Bone in Leg weighs between 4-6 lbs.
