Lamb Shoulder Roast

This boneless lamb shoulder roast is full of flavor and has an amazing texture. When cooked with slow and steady heat this roast will turn out so deliciously tender! 

Our roasts are large, around 5 lbs. Enough to feed between 5-8 people, but if you have a smaller family you can easily cut it in two and refreeze or even slice into tender steaks. We like to braise the shoulder roast but it can also be smoked or oven roasted as well! It is a difficult cut to overcook.
