Lamb Shoulder Roast

This bone in lamb shoulder roast is full of flavor and has an amazing texture. When cooked with slow and steady heat this roast will turn out so deliciously tender! 

These are half roasts making them the perfect amount for a family meal. Purchase 2 or 3 for larger families. We like to braise the shoulder roast but it can also be smoked or oven roasted as well! It is a difficult cut to overcook. 

Each Roast weighs about 3 lbs.
